Meta user data deletion

User Data Deletion Instructions

Use these instructions to disconnect Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, or WhatsApp and to ask Nexora RealtyOS to delete personal or agency data.

Effective and last updated: 12 August 2026

Fastest way to start

Email nexorarealtyos@gmail.com with the subject “Nexora Data Deletion Request”. Do not include a password, one-time code, or access token.

1. Submit a deletion request

Send a request from the email address associated with your Nexora account to nexorarealtyos@gmail.com. Include:

  1. your full name and Nexora account email;
  2. the agency name and your role, if applicable;
  3. whether you want a social connection removed, selected records deleted, or the full Nexora account deleted;
  4. the connected Facebook Page, Instagram username, or WhatsApp Business phone number, if relevant; and
  5. enough detail for us to locate the data without sending sensitive credentials.

We will send an acknowledgement and may ask for limited additional information to verify identity and authority.

2. Disconnect Facebook, Instagram, or Messenger

An authorized agency administrator can first open Nexora CRM, go to the Social Media connection settings, and disconnect the relevant account. This stops future access after the connection and token are revoked.

You can also remove Nexora directly through your Facebook account's settings for business integrations. Removing the integration prevents future API access but may not delete records already copied into an authorized agency CRM or content already published on Facebook or Instagram. Use the email process above if you also want Nexora-held data deleted.

To delete a post already published to a social platform, remove it through that platform or ask the agency that published it. Disconnecting Nexora alone does not remove existing platform content.

3. WhatsApp connection and message requests

If an agency has connected WhatsApp Business to Nexora, its administrator can disconnect the WhatsApp business asset in Nexora and remove Nexora's access in Meta Business settings. The agency should also stop active campaigns, honour opt-out requests, and remove or suppress the contact from future non-essential messaging.

If you are a WhatsApp customer, ask the business in the chat to stop messaging you or use any opt-out instruction supplied in the message. You can also block or report the business in WhatsApp. To request removal of Nexora-held conversation or contact data, email us and identify the agency and phone number involved. Do not send chat passwords or verification codes.

Deleting data from Nexora does not delete your WhatsApp account or information stored independently by WhatsApp. Those actions must be completed through WhatsApp's own settings.

4. If your information belongs to an agency workspace

If you submitted a property inquiry, booked a site visit, contacted an agency, or were entered as a lead, the agency normally controls that business record. Contact the agency first so it can review legal, transaction, and operational requirements and submit the appropriate deletion instruction to Nexora.

You may also contact Nexora directly. We will route the request to the relevant agency where appropriate and provide technical assistance. We will not allow one person to delete another person's data or an agency's required records without verified authority.

5. What Nexora deletes or disconnects

Depending on the verified scope of the request, deletion can include:

  • Nexora profile and contact information;
  • Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, or WhatsApp access tokens and connection metadata;
  • imported messages, webhook events, attachments, and communication history held in Nexora, where deletion is authorized;
  • saved properties, saved searches, portal records, inquiries, notes, and appointments;
  • agency CRM records, uploaded documents, and other workspace data within the approved request scope; and
  • derived operational data that can reasonably be linked back to the deleted account.

We may instead anonymize information where a non-identifying aggregate is needed for service reliability or reporting.

6. Information that may be retained

We may retain the minimum information necessary for legal obligations, tax and billing records, fraud and abuse prevention, dispute resolution, security and audit integrity, enforcement of agreements, or protection of other users. Deletion from encrypted backups may take place through the normal backup-rotation process.

Retained information is restricted from ordinary product use and kept only for the applicable purpose. Information independently held by an agency, Meta, WhatsApp, a payment provider, or another third party is governed by that party and must be requested from them separately.

7. Verification, timing, and confirmation

We normally acknowledge a complete request within seven days and aim to complete verified deletion within 30 days. Complex requests, agency-controlled records, legal holds, or backup rotation may require more time. If so, we will explain the delay where permitted.

Verification may include confirming control of the account email, asking an agency administrator to approve a workspace request, or matching limited account details. We will send confirmation when the operational deletion is complete or explain what could not be deleted and why.

8. Effects of deletion

Deletion may be irreversible. You may lose access to your account, saved records, message history, publishing connections, scheduled content, and agency workflows. Disconnecting an integration can stop inbox syncing and social publishing until an authorized user reconnects it.

If you only want future communication to stop, request an opt-out or disconnection rather than full account deletion.

9. Contact and request status

Email nexorarealtyos@gmail.com with the subject “Nexora Data Deletion Request”. If you are following up, include the request reference or the date and email used for the original request.
